Update 11/9/2004:
Phase II getting underway - see schedule posted in Project Documents

Milestones:

10/29/2004: Research Team received approval to proceed with Phase II

10/14/2004: Final Phase I Interim Report submitted

9/29/2004: Panel Meeting held in DC to review Phase I work

8/16/2004: Draft Phase I Interim Report completed
